THE ROCHEDALE ESTATES – LIFESTYLE CENTRE BOOKING INFORMATION

The Lifestyle Centre is provided for the exclusive use and enjoyment of residents of The Rochedale Estates and their invited family and guests. These facilities are shared by the Rochedale Estates community. All residents and their guests are expected to use them in a respectful, safe, and considerate manner at all times to ensure a positive environment for everyone. For insurance and liability reasons, public or commercial events are not permitted. This includes events advertised or promoted through social media, websites, mailing lists, or any other public platforms. All facilities are for private residential use only unless otherwise approved. Residents are responsible for ensuring that all household members and guests comply with the Lifestyle Centre bylaws and rules.

• Gates, doors, and access points must remain closed and secure at all times. • A person must not prop open, climb on, jump over, or otherwise interfere with gates, doors or fences.

• All areas must be left in a clean and tidy condition after use. • All rubbish must be removed or disposed of in the appropriate bins provided. • Booked facilities must be vacated promptly at the end of the booking period.

   

• You may not book two facilities at the same time – however you may book different facilities one after the other. Eg. Function Room 10am – 1pm then Theatre 2pm – 5pm

   

• You are unable to book the same facility back to back – only one booking per day is permitted for each household

   

• There is an hour between all bookings for the theatre and function room – this gives the first booking 30 minutes to clean up and the next booking 30 minutes to set up their function. Eg. If you have the 10am – 1pm booking you have until 1.30pm to be cleaned up and vacated.

   

• You are responsible for all guests you bring to the Lifestyle Centre.

   

• We only take bookings 90 days in advance

   

• Tennis Courts – you are only permitted to make re-occurring bookings for two months in advance

   

• If the facilities are not booked and you wish to use them that is fine as long as you have cleaned and vacated the facility before the next official booking.

   

• Please do not book multiple dates for your event – please choose a date before you make your booking so that other residents do not miss out

   

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your booking will be forfeited and other residents are permitted to use the area.

   

• All bookings for the following weekend and week must be submitted no later that 2pm on a Friday.

Gym – No booking required

Open: 24/7 – The gym is strictly for RESIDENTS ONLY you are not permitted to bring guests (there is a 30 minute time limit on all cardio equipment during peak hours)

 

Pool – No booking required (the lap pool is heated all year at 30>

Open: 5am - 9pm – Monday to Sunday

 

Tennis Courts and BBQ area – Bookings required (BBQ - 2 hours / Tennis - 1 hour)

Open: 7am - 9pm – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday

Open: 7am – 10pm - Friday and Saturday

 

Theatre and Function Room – Bookings required (these times cannot be altered)

Time Slots: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday

7am - 10am / 10am - 1pm / 2pm - 5pm / 6pm – 10.30pm

 

Time Slots: Friday and Saturday

7am - 10am / 11am – 2pm / 3pm – 6pm / 7pm – 12am
